News:Eventually became an Hi-Fi beginner: have bought entry level Hi-Fi headphones Kennerton M12 Titan and to couple it - external balanced DAC Fiio K7 BT. Have replaced very cool Razer Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard with its (almost) competitor SteelSeries Apex Pro as Razer's keyboard after year of usage began sometimes to repeat sequences of keys pressed and as sequences are long enough to contain delete operations it became disastrous! As I like to work in the darkened room have to bought web cam with integrated light ring (Razer Klyo) so correspondents be able to see my face. Made the page with summary information on WD HDD & SSD with benchmarks. Anime collection takes disk space, so I've replaced my old 2TB HDD with (relatively) new 6TB one. Although it was not easy to find hard drive without SMR technology... For New Year present I've got (from myself) the MSI RTX 4080! And it is twice as big (and faster) then RTX 3070. In order to prepare for the "difficult times" have replaced Core i5-10600KF with Core i7-11700KF (x1.5 times faster in multithreading), increased RAM size up to 64GB and bought notebook Asus ROG Astrix. I have added to the RGB LED lighted computer case and Chroma RGB Razer mouse a chroma RGB Razer keyboard. Now all flashes in the sync! As new year present from me to myself have bought ultra wide IPS 144Hz free sync monitor - LG 34GN850-B. High refresh rate and flicker free is great for games and office work! After six years of usage old computer no longer up to modern work tasks (kotlin/react development) and games. So I bought new CPU (overclocked Intel i5-10600KF) and GeForce RTX 3070. To complete configuration have added two NVMe SSD. And put it all in to the glass cube chassis with RGB and water cooling. New computer is 3 times faster on typical tasks then previous. But there was one problem with staggering sound caused but high DPC latency of ndis.sys driver. I solved it with disabling almost all services in the properties of ethernet adapter. In order to watch movies at home one need projector and surround sound so I have bought Epson EH-TW650 Full-HD (which provides excellent picture on plain sheet even in daylight) and LG SK9Y soundbar (poor music but great movie sound). Old water cooling system prevented new CPU from good overclocking, so I have returned to plain fan (any very noisy) coolers. Dull printing on the Samsung CLP-325 fixed by installing new drivers (2.50)! Bought second SSD OCZ Vertex 4 to use as system driver (where operation system resides). Now computer boots very fast and there is now annoying noise at boot time and various system activities. To make pump Liang DDC-1T really silent I just have to unscrew it from the case (no vibration transfer!). Replaced broken water pump in Rezerator cooling system with Liang DDC-1T. New pump is very noisy on 12V, but after switching to 7V became silent. Take some new components for my computer from the junk: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU, Gigabyte P35-DS3L motherboard. As TN LCD monitors and photo processing are incompatible - bought 24" IPS LCD monitor Dell U2410. After installing water-cooling system on CPU and replacing HDD with WD Green the only noise source left is PSU. Also now I easily overclocked my CPU without any temperature raise! My computerMay be your computer is better, but I can not help to boast :)
